Job Duties: Conduct business process analysis & need assessment; analyze business reqts; conduct work simplifications/ measurement studies; prepare operations/ procedures manuals; gather & analyze data on historical construction bid trends & ID/IQ contract coefficients; gather info on unforeseen problems & develop strategies/ procedures to be proactive for cost effective bidding; handle logistics/scheduling reqts to assist management. Exp with Primavera, MS Project, MS Office, QuickBooks reqd.
Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Relocation may be required.

Electrical Engineer
Location: Bound Brook, NJ commuting area and other locations nationwide.
Job Duties: Design, develop, test and supervise the assembling and installation of electrical equipment, components or systems for public, industrial, commercial or residential use. Design and install SCADA systems. Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to NEC standards / customer requirements. Perform system fault current calculations, relay co-ordinations and analysis of protection systems. Estimate labor & materials. Knowledge of Progen estimating software is must. Manage projects with schedules, field work, recordkeeping, documentations, testing & test reports.

Cost Estimator
Location: Bound Brook, NJ commuting area and other locations nationwide.
Job Duties: Prepare cost estimates for Job Order Contracts using PROGEN Software and to aid management in bidding on or determining the cost. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates. Preparing CPM network schedule in Primavera & MS Project, and responsible for material management, cost optimization & project monitoring. Experience in PROGEN, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Primavera, Project Estimation, and Designer 2000 is required.
Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Relocation may be required.

Job Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities of various projects; responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost estimation and cost controlling for Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil Constructions. Experience with Primavera, Earned value management, Auto CAD and Electrical control systems required. Exposure to Health and Safety Environment applied to construction industry.
Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent in the field of Science or Engineering with at least one (1) years of experience in job offered or related occupation such as Project Planner, Instrumentation /Electrical Engineer, Programmer Analyst or Software Engineer. Relocation may be required.
